Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of administrators to deliver high-quality pension administration services
* Ensure client work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
* Drive best practice and identify continuous improvements within the team
* Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential
* Promote a positive working environment and support the development of our client relationships

Requirements:

* Demonstrable track record in dealing with DC and/or DB occupational schemes
* Prior experience of managing a team or experience of mentoring/training within a pensions administration environment
* Interpersonal skills to include excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and team workload
* Computer literate
* Take pride in your work with accuracy and adherence to a high level of quality being paramount
