About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for servicing both member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide senior-level support to the team.
  • Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases, providing guidance and support to less experienced associates.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions to ensure their development and growth.
  • Assist in more complex/project work, including complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and communicate findings to the Team Leader.
  • Ensure that targets and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
