About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a leader in the marketplace, we offer an excellent opportunity for pension professionals to take on more advanced calculations and complex schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within an administration team, servicing member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.
  • Ensure service level agreements and performance standards are achieved, in conjunction with the Team Leader.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide technical guidance on non-standard cases.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions.
  • Assist with complex/project work, including complaints, and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer focus.
Requirements
  • Experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
  • Coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy and customer focus.
