Employee Payroll Management Coordinator

About the Job:
Auustin Fraser seeks a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at TXM Group HQ. This role involves processing weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify timesheets from multiple employers.
- Resolve pay issues or discrepancies with recruitment consultants.
- Apply P45s/P6, student loan, and other notices from HMRC as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, clients, and consultants for any issues with the timesheet portal.
- liaise with umbrella companies regarding any pay issues.
- Support Payroll Support Assistant in resolving any payroll queries.
- Generate and distribute self-bill invoices, remittances for umbrella companies, and self-employed workers.
- Prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
- Raise and distribute invoices to clients.
- Effectively manage Purchase Orders.
- Respond to any invoice-related queries promptly.
- Collaborate with Sales/Credit Control teams to ensure a seamless process from candidate commencement to payment receipt.
- Oversee Pension communications and file uploads.
- Download reports from third-party portals as necessary.
- Support Finance and Payroll teams with ad-hoc duties when required.
- Authorize and process all expenses through the company's expenses portal.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within a payroll function is essential.
- Knowledge of Safe Tempest is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is vital.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
