**This hybrid WFH role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.**

Key Responsibilities
- Process the weekly payroll and all associated reporting functions
- Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with Payrolling Benefits
- Manage the administration for Company Cars
- Manage the mileage capture system by updating data as required and ordering fuel cards
- Manage the probationary review process
- Process new hires through SuccessFactors in a timely manner
- Administrative duties to support the Payroll and Benefits Manager as required including, but not limited to; Auto Enrolment letters, P45’s, final payslips, employee benefits platform welcome letters
- Handle transactional activities as requested by the HRIS Manager
- Develop Payroll skills, knowledge and understanding of Kronos to support Site Managers
- Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork
- Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job
- Support training and performance-management initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Payroll
- Experience of ichris and/or Kronos would be advantageous
