Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage day-to-day activities, build strong relationships with customers, and deliver solutions that meet their needs and objectives. This role involves working with a talented team in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Management team or directly manage key accounts.
- Manage day-to-day activities, secure new business, and complete work packets and proposals.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven sales expertise in retail, hospitality, or Cx domain, or industry consulting experience.
- Ability to guide us through the changing retail landscape.
- Background in software with proficiency in complex platforms, digital, cloud, and subscription-based services.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and multitasking abilities.
