Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage day-to-day activities, build strong relationships with customers, and deliver solutions that meet their needs and objectives. This role involves working with a talented team in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team or directly manage key accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, secure new business, and complete work packets and proposals.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven sales expertise in retail, hospitality, or Cx domain, or industry consulting experience.
  • Ability to guide us through the changing retail landscape.
  • Background in software with proficiency in complex platforms, digital, cloud, and subscription-based services.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and multitasking abilities.
