Main Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR leadership and business partnering support to site teams;
  • Owning the HR agenda for the site/functions in line with agreed functional agendas;
  • Working with leadership teams to identify areas impacting business performance;
  • Leading resolution of complex employee relations matters;
  • Maintaining close links with other HR Business Partners across the UK&I;

Additional responsibilities include managing a small team of HR professionals and taking budgetary responsibility for HR team and L&D budgets.
