About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our team as a Premium Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers through various channels (telephone, email, Company website, eBay and Amazon)
- Process returned products and handle customer complaints
- Process refunds and handle other financial transactions
- Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintain a high level of health and safety awareness
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop skills and product knowledge
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.
