Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on a variety of systems, including lighting, emergency lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with electrical systems, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure that all electrical systems are properly maintained and repaired.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all electrical systems are properly maintained and repaired.
- Electrically qualified, with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 in electrical engineering.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to different sites.
- Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
- Overtime available.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- No call-out or on-call shifts.
