Job Title: Senior Care Manager

The Brook Street UK team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our Adult Learning Disability team. This full-time, permanent position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide leadership and support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective care and support plans for individuals with learning disabilities
• Provide guidance and supervision to staff members to ensure high-quality care standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment for service users
• Stay up-to-date with CQC legislation and requirements to ensure compliance
