Job Title: Insurance Broker Accounts Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Client Finance Operations team as an Insurance Broker Accounts Associate in London. The role is ideal for someone with a finance or insurance background looking to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic business.

This opportunity involves working closely with clients, underwriters, and brokers to ensure timely premium payments, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely premium payments (PPWs) to underwriters within established deadlines.
  • Adhering to internal protocols and external regulatory requirements, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Managing account reconciliations by collaborating with clients, underwriters, and brokers to secure funds efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients and underwriters, fostering relationships, and driving process improvements for mutual benefit.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Your expertise should include:

  • A background in finance or client finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance broking accounts and FSA client money rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with industry software such as Power BI, Brokersure BE/EA, and A4B.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and facilitate decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
