We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PBR Investigator to join our team at Quilter. As a PBR Investigator, you will play a critical role in investigating and resolving all regulated complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve all regulated complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take ownership of reviews and conduct comprehensive investigations into all available information and documentation.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, adviser/firms, insurers, and senior management.
- Ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with regulatory deadlines and timescales.
- Produce timely and accurate reports, including written accounts of investigations and reviews.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to compile written reports that are grammatically correct and free from industry jargon.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain focused and calm, particularly when dealing with complex or contentious issues.
- Experience working within a complaints/remediation environment is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services regulation and the regulator's approach to complaint/remediation is highly desirable.
