About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Quilter's experienced and knowledgeable complaints team as a Past Business Review (PBR) Investigator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving all errors and omissions relating to advice, fees, and charges.
You will take ownership of case reviews, conducting comprehensive investigations into all available information and documentation. Your duties may occasionally extend to dealing with customer complaints, and you will be required to work under pressure, remaining focused and calm, particularly when dealing with our adviser/firms and customers.
As a PBR Investigator, you will be part of a team of experienced investigators who are required to investigate and resolve all regulated complaints in a fair and impartial manner. You will strictly adhere to regulatory deadlines and timescales associated with complaint resolution, taking ownership of reviews that are essential in the overall process.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve all errors and omissions relating to advice, fees, and charges.
- Take ownership of case reviews, conducting comprehensive investigations into all available information and documentation.
- Work under pressure, remaining focused and calm, particularly when dealing with our adviser/firms and customers.
- Adhere to regulatory deadlines and timescales associated with complaint resolution.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You should have confident communication skills and the ability to compile a written account of an investigation/review, which should be grammatically correct and free from any industry jargon.
You will also possess excellent written skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change quickly. Previous experience of working within a complaints/remediation environment is essential, and experience working within a Financial Services environment is advantageous.
