About the Role

At Quilter, we are seeking a skilled PBR Investigator to join our Complaints team. As a PBR Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving all errors and omissions relating to advice, fees, and charges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into all available information and documentation.
  • Take case ownership and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, adviser/firms, insurers, and senior management.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and timescales associated with complaint resolution.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills, confident communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a complaints/remediation environment is essential, and experience working within a Financial Services environment is advantageous.
