About the Role

Taylor James Resourcing is seeking a skilled Back Office Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing back-office operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective back-office processes to ensure efficient day-to-day activities.
  2. Liaise with the broking desks to address any issues or concerns.
  3. Understand and manage broker commission structures to ensure accurate payment.
  4. Supervise error handling processes and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Oversee deal ticket submission and trade submission to Exchanges.
  6. Maintain and update Exchange Membership and user registration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of back-office operations and regulatory requirements. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
