Front Office Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Meliá White House in London, GB.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- They will also be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- As a key member of the Front Office team, they will be responsible for communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including guests, staff and management.
- They will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling operational costs, ensuring maximum revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Monitor and control operational costs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial.
- OPERA knowledge is also essential.
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
