Social Care Training Consultant

We are currently looking for a skilled Social Care Training Consultant to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing the competence of our employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish.
- To work closely with the training team and wider business to develop and implement effective training programs.
- To ensure that all employees have equal opportunities to access learning and assessment opportunities as set out in law and within policy.
- A competitive salary of £36,750 plus a £4,000 car allowance and mileage paid.
- 33 days holiday per year.
- A reward scheme and referral scheme.
