About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and scan delivery documents received from drivers daily.
- Match delivery documents to the appropriate delivery orders.
- Monitor customer communications and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer requests for proof of delivery are responded to within the required timeframe.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all requests are actioned within timeframes.
- Liaise with customers regarding proof of delivery.
- Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Reasonable understanding of the geographical location of cities and towns throughout the UK.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
