Job Summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Administrator to join our team. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process manual orders onto our system, ensuring a thorough 5-point check is completed for each order.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
  • Control duplicate receipt of orders and confirm with clients whether orders are to be processed or cancelled.
  • Manage customer shelf life settings within our system.
  • Resolve EDI crashes and process failures, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Cap and allocate stocks to orders, capturing fulfillment to customers as requested.
  • Manage inventory and quality control, avoiding mis-rotation of stocks and ensuring accurate holding and release of stocks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely client reports.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, driving client retention.
  • Provide detailed traceability reports to clients within agreed timeframes.
  • Obtain special costs for one-off delivery points and off-delivery destinations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve query resolution for clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients on a daily basis.

  • Effectively prioritizing workload to meet set deadlines.

  • Computer literate, particularly with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Good team worker, demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
  • Professional, approachable, and helpful to ensure smooth running of general operations.
