About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in the UK defence and national security sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the UK defence and national security sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- SC and DV clearance required
