Key Responsibilities:

• As a Digital Marketing Manager at Roke, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance visibility of multiple brands and attract the target audience across social media platforms and website.

• You will lead the charge in unifying, aligning, and implementing diverse Business Units marketing strategies under the banner of One Roke, ensuring all marketing efforts contribute to a cohesive and unified brand identity.

• You will establish aligned key performance indicators (KPIs) across all Business Units and regularly assess digital performance metrics to ensure optimal results and ROI, aligning with budget and targets to ensure individual units contribute to the collective success of Roke.

• You will create insightful monthly marketing reports to establish clear visibility around digital marketing results, presenting to key stakeholders, senior management, and externally to clients, taking ownership of all results.

• You will lead and contribute to the creation of content for blog posts and other marketing collateral, scheduling and posting engaging social media content across all platforms.

• You will synergize campaigns, drive dynamic collaboration across Business Unit campaigns, leveraging each unit's strengths to reinforce the broader Roke narrative, identifying opportunities for shared initiatives that enhance overall brand impact and drive sales leads.

• You will maintain a customer-centric focus, ensuring marketing strategies resonate with the needs and preferences of the target audience and implementing feedback mechanisms to refine marketing approaches.

• You will lead the development and maintenance of a unified dynamic CRM website using tools like Umbraco, WordPress, Salesforce, IFS, and others, optimizing CMS, pages for SEO and conversion, ensuring consistency and alignment with the One Roke brand.

• You will be responsible for elevating the visibility of the Roke brand across all digital touchpoints, developing and leading/executing cross-channel marketing strategies that encompass various platforms such as Email, SEO, PPC, Display, Website, Social, CRM, CMS, and Video.

• You will harmonize marketing initiatives across diverse channels for maximum impact, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
