We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lifestyle Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver person-centered activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance our residents' experiences
- Manage and maintain activity budgets and resources
- Contribute to the development of our care home's overall activity strategy
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in a care or community setting
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
