Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver person-centered activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance our residents' experiences
  • Manage and maintain activity budgets and resources
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's overall activity strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in a care or community setting
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and colleagues
