Logistics Coordinator

Dispatch Operative Role
Fera Science is seeking a skilled Dispatch Operative to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will play a vital role in the shipping of food-based proficiency testing and quality control samples to our international customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and carry out packing and shipping of Proficiency Testing samples as required by the annual timetable.
- Label, store, and maintain stock records of Proficiency Testing samples and packaging materials.
- Use bespoke courier systems to generate and process tracked shipments.
- Liaise with Admin and Tech Support teams to resolve any issues with shipping and orders.
Requirements:
- The ability to work at a fast pace, under time constraints.
- Ideally, you will have experience of working in a post room, picking/packing environment, or warehousing/production role.
- An understanding of compliance with Quality Systems accreditation criteria would be desirable.
- IT proficiency - use of MS Office applications and databases.
