About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Older People's Mental Health Specialist to join our team at NHS Foundation Trust in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in older people's mental health care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Learning Disability or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex health needs and behaviours that challenge
  • Experience of working in older people settings

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
