Job Description

The position of Mental Health Liaison Specialist is available at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in mental health liaison, you will be working closely with patients, professionals, and carers to provide exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation of all Trust Policies and Procedures.
  • Act as a resource for acute hospital staff and care home settings in matters related to older people's mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and carers to encourage participation in care planning and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Maintenance of knowledge on and adherence to Directorate policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication network through liaison and collaboration with other disciplines, services, and agencies.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location is within the Bradford District area.
