### Company Overview:

Pertemps is seeking a skilled Legal Biller to join their prestigious legal firm in Bristol. This firm offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with excellent benefits and flexible working policies. As a Legal Biller, you will be part of a friendly and dedicated revenue team that plays a crucial role in the firm's operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage various aspects of the working capital cycle, including revenue assistance, credit control, and bill production and dispatch.
* Oversee e-bill management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Prepare, distribute, and ensure compliance with billing and SLAs.
* Handle queries efficiently through direct or shared mailboxes, proactively escalating issues to resolution.
* Maintain data integrity of key data items essential for efficient billing processes.

### Requirements:

* Previous billing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sectors.
* Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing is highly desirable.
* Confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both under supervision and independently.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar billing software is advantageous.
