About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Systems Engineer to join our team and lead the design and construction of mechanical and platform systems for our simulated environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, piping, and compressed air systems and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of system designs from conceptual architecture to solution implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and facilitate collaboration between engineering authorities, sub-contractors, and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a lead engineer in HVAC building services projects, particularly in commercial, manufacturing, and data centre environments. A degree-level qualification in building services and membership of professional accreditation such as MIET is essential. Chartered engineer status or active pursuit towards this is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including engineering authorities, sub-contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
- Progress system design from conceptual architecture to solution implementation

About Us
BAE Systems offers a competitive salary range of £45,628 to £57,500 per annum, depending on experience. Location
The role is based in Broadoak, Frimley, or Filton, with occasional travel to Barrow-in-Furness required.
