**Job Title:** Engineering Manager - Systems Engineering (Requirements & Acceptance)
**Location:** Flexible working arrangements available.
- We are seeking an experienced **Requirements Engineering Lead** to collaborate closely with the Ministry of Defence, translating their needs into a well-defined requirements set. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders such as the Office of the Chief Engineer and engineering delivery teams.
- Work in partnership with the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) team to maintain alignment between the requirements set and system models, maximizing the benefits of MBSE for requirements optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Requirements Systems Engineering.
- A good background in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with DOORS requirements management software is highly desirable.
Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
