Job Overview
    As a key member of the Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team at BAE Systems, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive transparency, standardisation, and consistency, fostering a cultural transformation within the Submarines network and systems.
    The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering governance and compliance risk management. You will be responsible for identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards, while supporting the development of new facilities and capabilities.
    Key Responsibilities
    - Identify and manage emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards
    - Assist in the creation and management of a risk-based audit schedule, as well as supporting inspections and recertification processes to ensure clear visibility of outcomes across the program
    - Support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice
    - Continuously review T&FC's governance structures and arrangements to ensure they promote appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness
