Position Highlights

Our Consumer Engagement Team manages millions of inquiries from LEGO enthusiasts worldwide. We cater to a diverse range of topics, from product advice to troubleshooting, ensuring that each interaction is engaging and fulfilling.

The starting salary for this role is competitive, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. This position is fixed-term.

Comprehensive training will be provided, including an extensive induction period followed by hands-on support. We value flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work model that combines office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers in both Latvian and English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner to foster long-lasting relationships.
