Role Responsibilities

As a member of our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team, you will handle a wide array of customer inquiries, providing assistance to fans across multiple countries. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Communicating with customers in both Latvian and English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Building positive relationships with customers through engaging interactions.
  • Utilizing advanced CRM tools to quickly resolve product-related issues.
  • Working flexible shifts, including weekends, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Representing our brand with a unique and friendly tone.
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations.
