Role Summary

Our Consumer Engagement Team addresses millions of inquiries annually from LEGO enthusiasts worldwide. We provide assistance across numerous topics, from product guidance to troubleshooting issues, ensuring that each day presents new and exciting challenges.

The starting salary for this position is competitive, accompanied by an attractive benefits package, including a performance-based bonus. This is a fixed-term role.

Comprehensive training will be provided, featuring an initial induction period followed by practical support. We value the diverse circumstances of our team members, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in both Latvian and English through various communication channels.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Quickly assess and resolve customer inquiries using advanced CRM tools.
  • Be available for a variety of shifts to ensure optimal service delivery.
