About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Slough. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customers in Latvian and English, both spoken and written. You will connect with our customers in a fun and engaging way to help build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers in Latvian and English (both spoken and written).
  • Connect with our customers in a fun and engaging way to help build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them.
  • Assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools.
  • Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service.
  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritise and multitask to meet our customers' expectations.
