Position Details

Our Consumer Engagement Team manages millions of inquiries annually from LEGO enthusiasts worldwide, addressing a diverse array of topics. From offering building guidance to troubleshooting and sourcing rare components, each day presents unique challenges.

The starting salary for this role is competitive, complemented by a range of benefits, including a performance-based bonus. This position is temporary, with a defined end date.

Comprehensive training will be provided, including an initial induction period followed by hands-on support. We value the diverse circumstances of our team members, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in both Latvian and English through various communication channels.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner to foster lasting relationships.
  • Quickly assess and resolve product-related inquiries using advanced CRM tools.
  • Be available for various shifts, including weekends, to ensure top-tier service.
  • Represent the brand with our distinctive communication style.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations.
