Job Summary:
We are seeking a Holistic Nutrition Consultant to join our team, providing expert nutrition advice to patients and healthcare professionals. This role involves developing individualised care plans, implementing dietetic care pathways, and liaising with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient nutritional needs, developing holistic care plans that address multiple aspects of health.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based nutrition interventions.
  • Conduct audit/data collection/service improvement projects to enhance nutrition services.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or Post-graduate Diploma equivalent qualification.
  • Registered, or due to obtain registration, with the HCPC.
  • BDA Membership desirable.
  • Previous Band 5 experience, knowledge of and experience in working with different cultures and religious beliefs.


Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
