Job Title: Adult Community Dietitian

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a Dietitian Specialist, working alongside Specialist Dietitians with expertise in various specialities. You will benefit from supporting food policy initiatives, promoting MUST screening, and service development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualised holistic care plans addressing nutritional status, weight, recommended dietary modifications, lifestyle factors, behaviour change, education, physical activity, and condition management.
  • Support patient care through implementation of dietetic care pathways.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals within and outside the Trust.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or Post-graduate Diploma equivalent qualification.
  • Registered, or due to obtain registration, with the HCPC.
  • Good communication skills, able to organise and manage a caseload.
  • Experience of managing patients with nutritional support requirements, including enteral nutrition.
  • Evidence of working as part of a team, experience in an acute setting.


Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
