Job Role Overview

As a Homecare Worker with Nurseplus, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and dignity of our clients, providing holistic support in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care. You will also need to adhere to individualized care plans, ensuring each client receives tailored support.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates from £12.17 per hour, along with flexible shifts to accommodate your needs. You can choose from full-time or part-time positions, as well as day, night, or weekend shifts. Our benefits package includes:

  1. Minimum 2-hour call length
  2. Ongoing training and development opportunities, including free courses and funded qualifications
  3. Eligibility for an annual pay increase
  4. A refer-a-friend bonus of £250*
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be over 18 years old
  2. Hold the right to work in the UK
  3. Possess a valid Full UK Driving License (with travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
  4. Demonstrate a good standard of English and effective communication skills
  5. Hold an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (cost: £49, refundable after a set period of work)
