We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Development Coach to join our team, supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive work environment, while making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Build relationships with service users, understanding their needs and empowering them to live independently.
- Support activities such as holidays, social events, and hobbies to promote social engagement and well-being.
About the Individuals We Support:
Jane* has her own mobility car and loves going out for long drives.
Jack* is one of the most loving and caring people we support. He loves going on adventures on the train, watching airplanes at the local airport, and carrying a huge collection of fans with him.
Joseph* enjoys outdoor activities like gardening, taking picnics, and riding buses for hours.
Josh* loves spending time watching old game shows and playing them with his support team.
