Nuclear Industry Leadership Opportunity

Rullion Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Decommissioning Team Lead. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry, with a strong background in project management and leadership roles. A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or science, will also be required.

The ideal candidate will have previous line management experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members, carrying out staff appraisals, and identifying training and personal development needs.

In this role, you will provide technical input and support to decommissioning projects and activities, undertake audits, manage and oversee decommissioning works, and ensure that these are undertaken safely and comply with processes and regulations.

You will also be responsible for developing a waste management strategy, including categorisation, handling, and storage of waste, as well as budgeting and cost estimations for decommissioning projects.

Salary: Up to £60,000 Depending on experience
