Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Football Development Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and fun football classes to children aged between 18 months and 8 years old.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and has experience in coaching or teaching football. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver football programmes that cater to the needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality football classes to children aged 18 months to 8 years old
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups
  • Work collaboratively with our team to plan and deliver football programmes
  • Contribute to the development of new programme ideas and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with young children
  • Experience in coaching or teaching football
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage of £10.50 to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Location

The role will be based in various locations across Oxfordshire, including Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, and Thatcham.
