Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing key client accounts, collaborating with the Digital Activation team to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored strategies.
  • Work alongside the Digital Activation team to execute media plans across various digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage financial processes related to client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Preferred knowledge of media planning and buying processes.
