Medical Secretary Role for Respiratory Medicine Team

NHS Ayrshire and Arran is one of 14 territorial NHS Boards within NHS Scotland, committed to a culture that is Caring Safe and Respectful. We are seeking a permanent Medical Secretary based at University Hospital Ayr.
This role will provide a comprehensive medical secretarial service to Consultants within Respiratory Medicine as well as the Clinical Team supporting this role.
We require an experienced Medical Secretary with relevant qualifications, such as AMSPAR Diploma for Medical Secretaries, RSA or Scotvec qualification, or equivalent experience. You should have a working knowledge of patient management systems, including Trakcare, and be able to operate and maintain a computerised waiting list.
