The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Team Secretary to provide a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service across the whole range of the Management Team remit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion are maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in a relevant discipline (Business Admin/Secretarial Studies/Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in a secretarial role.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Proficient I.T. skills, which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Desirable

  • Experience within the role.
  • Knowledge of NHS Policies & Procedures.
  • Car Driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence.
