National Account Manager for TPS National Account Manager

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our organisation, aimed at strengthening our market position, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales growth in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Analysis
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Share insights and findings with the team to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Strategic Planning & Execution
    Collaborate with the Volkswagen head office team to develop and implement strategic plans for sales. Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  3. Training & Development
    Develop and deliver training sessions for BDMs and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide ongoing support and guidance to BDMs, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
  4. Customer Support & Relationship Management
    Act as a customer support function, assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Collaboration & Communication
    Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
