Job Overview

This role is crucial in driving sales growth and strengthening our market position in the South of England. You will work closely with the Volkswagen head office team to develop and implement strategic plans, analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    Collaborate with the Volkswagen head office team to develop and implement sales strategies.
    Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Training & Development:
    Develop and deliver training sessions for BDMs and stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure success.
  4. Customer Support & Relationship Management:
    Act as a customer support function, assisting with inquiries and providing technical support.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Collaboration & Communication:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
    Communicate regularly with the Volkswagen head office team, sharing updates and insights.

Requirements

  4. Experience of managing national campaigns and activities.
  5. Possess a high degree of IT literacy.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
