Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our MRI department at InHealth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and prepare patients for MRI scans, promoting a positive and reassuring experience.
  • Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patients through the clinical area.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of procedures, addressing patient concerns and queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective administrative processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of the department.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in healthcare or a related field, with experience in patient-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on patient-centered care and satisfaction.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
