Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, monitoring health and wellbeing, maintaining records, and reporting any changes. You will also assist with meal preparation and household tasks, provide emotional support and companionship, and respect clients' privacy, dignity, and individuality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, resilience, organisational skills, and a naturally caring personality. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a care home environment is required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
