Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ranworth House in Eastbourne. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, enabling them to lead a full and valued life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans, promoting independence and confidence among our service users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at Elysium Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism

  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supporting residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A valid UK driver's license (preferably)
  • Strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviors
