**Make a Difference as a Senior Practitioner
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at East Sussex County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of life for adults with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support and supervision to our staff, identifying training opportunities, and collaborating with health colleagues and partner agencies.

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in social care.
Requirements:
- You must be committed to training and personal development.
- You should have, or be willing to obtain, a Social Work qualification.
- You should be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
