Kitchen Operations Lead

As a Kitchen Operations Lead at The Disabilities Trust in Eastbourne, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will supervise the preparation and serving of meals, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to statutory requirements and good practices. Salary: Up to £14.52 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock
- Communicate with residents to understand dietary needs
